Manage and support 3 current core clusters of CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, UCCX, Expressways and CER • Migration and site cut-overs from NEC, Nortel, 2 Cisco Clusters and other TDM PBX’s to new core CUCM System version: 14••••••••61 • VMware Installation: 4 vCPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6348 CPU @ 2.60GHz, disk 1: 110Gbytes, 8192Mbytes RAM, Partitions aligned • Building new CER w/ routing to new core and Redsky on a switch port-based design using SNMPv3 including all new ERLs, ELINs and ALI database configuration to the PSAP • Working management of current SIP CUBE to 2 data centers and migration to WAN 2.0 and Oracle SIP Core across dark fiber with carriers Lightpath and Verizon • Management of over DIDs and w/ 10k DIDs from Nortel DMS switch riding over QSIG to the hospital • Ticket management system using Service Now for all MACDs and CABs for outages • Internal Solarwinds platform using SNMPv2 IP hosts of CV servers to all UC appliances • Call recording system platform Calabrio for recording ACD calls and various clinical groups throughout the hospital • Gateways, PRIs, Fax and Language Lines • Overhead paging and hospital emergency codes using Everbridge service to UCCX routing to CUCM
