M&A Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Hazlewoods. I have more than 25 years experience, including 10 as a partner, advising entrepreneurial businesses on M&A, strategy and raising finance. I have a particular interest in supporting private companies on long-term succession planning, building shareholder value and ultimately exit.In addition, as COO I am part of the Leadership team of Hazlewoods with responsibility for strategy and a number of support functions.In my previous role at Deloitte I held a number of leadership roles including the Deloitte Private (entrepreneurial businesses) lead partner for the South-West & Wales, UK Deloitte Private Lead for Financial Advisory, and Lead People & Talent Partner on the national Advisory Corporate Finance Executive. I am always keen to build new relationships and am always happy to have a chat over a cup of coffee or a beer.
