   We\'re thinking about how to surprise and delight employees prior to recruitment: while they\'re with us, and years after they\'ve departed. There\'s a lot of survey data visualization, event planning, communications strategizing, strange purchases (that actually make sense once we explain them), empathy, and highly elaborate video productions. These all come together to create our proprietary culture & communication recipe. And it feels organic because we do our best to hide the work and bring as many cross-organization voices to the table as possible.
