I help organisations see what\'s actually getting in the way of their results. Right now, that\'s almost always about AI adoption.I lead a team of product coaches focused on building product management capability at scale. Not just the skills: the culture and the conditions that determine whether capability actually changes how an organisation works.Thirteen years working inside product development environments, across multiple roles, means I understand what PMs are actually up against. I build the system that determines whether that capability scales.Most organisations think they have a tools problem. They don\'t. They have a fluency and behaviour change problem. I\'ve been researching how PMs are actually using AI, where adoption is stalling, and what it takes to shift behaviour rather than just awareness.For the record, I came to this the way I come to most things: I tried it on myself first.I speak at conferences and work directly with senior leaders on capability and organisational change.
