During my early years I qualified as a CNC Engineer and later specialised in Sales, combining these talents to enter the newly emerging electronics recruitment sector. Microelectronics and VLSI Electronic Technology were being designed into every human and automated application imaginable. These beginnings took me into technology projects such as Mobile Communications, Medical systems, Aircraft and Vehicle Training Simulation systems, Air Traffic, Security and Cryptography, Process Control/Industrial Instrumentation Systems, Terrestrial, Radio and Satellite Communication Systems and so many other domains. In parallel, I developed a rich connection and network inside the Electronic Components industry for both Manufacturing and Distribution. After a career delivering resources to some of the world’s ground breaking projects and cutting edge technologies, the idea to establish a new service business leveraging my past experiences to deliver the highest quality solution emerged. As the Founder of Microsolve Electronics Recruitment, my intention is to offer clients access to the relevant talent pool, delivering the finest resources and in doing so. an immediate and lasting impact on their business revenues.
