Performs as the interface between DCMA field and headquarters operations and OSD on all matters pertaining to corporate integration of respective Defense corporations. Responsible for informing and influencing DoD acquisition decision makers through the integration of a broad number of personnel performing contract administration functions such as; aerospace, mechanical, software, industrial, quality and manufacturing engineering, business and contract management, strategic planning, technical data analysis and high level administration. Advisor to the Agency Director to provide corporate business performance assessments for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Technologies, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, BAE Systems, and L3Harris Technologies. Created an innovative business tool for the Agency called the Corporate Assessment Dashboard (CAD) for tracking the Big 7 Defense Corporations. Prepared and accompanied DCMA Agency Director for visits with Chief Executive Officers for Boeing, Raytheon, BAE Systems, and General Dynamics.
