With over 11 years of work experience in multiple sectors across Engineering & Development, Business Development and Management Consulting, I am currently the Lead Consultant for the KMTC program since its initiation in 2019 and have been Consultant (Strategy & Planning) at Kerala Development & Innovation Strategic Council (KDISC) prior to this. In my current role, I support the development and implementation of policies, programs, and projects that promote Medical Devices / Medical Technology research, innovation, development, entrepreneurship and industry in Kerala. I also contribute to the Strategy & Planning, Business Development, and Stakeholder Engagement of and for the Kerala MedTech Ecosystem, KMTC and its partners. I have worked in the Power sector with a reputed German MNC, where I handled technical engineering projects and led Marketing and Sales efforts for both products and services.With a strong belief that the future belongs to high technology innovations and passionate entrepreneurs, I am also familiar with the vibrant start-up ecosystem in India and have consulted in strategy and growth for a few ventures. I have assisted in exploratory exercises for establishing multilateral Technology partnerships aimed at building long-term competitive advantage. I am an Electrical & Electronics Engineer and completed MBA in 2018 from the two-year full time Post- Graduate Program (PGP) of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
