I\'m Philipp Wolf, founder and CEO of Custify. We provide Customer Success Software. I spent years in the leadership team of an international software firm. During that time, I experienced many companies that spent big money getting new clients without first thinking of a systematic approach making sure these new clients are also successful with the product itself - what a waste of resources! I discovered that fixing the funnel and making sure that customers gain real value from a product makes a huge difference, especially with a recurring revenue business model / as SaaS. It is a well spent investment that is more than self-financing. Many solutions that I then tried out did not satisfy my needs, were too complex to use or too complicated to get them even running. So I figured: this can be done better. Custify takes the pain out of Customer Success and allows agents spend time with clients rather than organizing data, clicking through tons of menus and being forced to use features that they never asked for.
