Having joined DFDS as a trainee in 2005, I am now Director - Head of Intermodal Management and responsible for developing intermodal solutions to the benefit of DFDS and its customers.As head of Intermodal Management, I am continuously challenging and improving existing procedures and have a focus on the development of employees.Having been responsible for the Customer Focus Initiative within BU Baltic, we have set benchmarks and managed to improve the Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction year after year. These extraordinary results relate to the hard work of many talented colleagues who listen carefully to our customers and respond to their needs and requirements.Coordinating the Customer Focus Initiative among Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Sweden, Norway and Denmark has been a great opportunity to improve my intercultural competences.
