ABOUT PHILIPPINE MIGNOT

Consultant specialised in business development, operations and project management. Background in Law and 10 years of experience working in the cultural and creative sectors, mostly in start-ups. Since 2019, I aim to use business as a force for good and dedicate some time to supporting the impact sector (charities, start-ups and social enterprises). What I can do for you-> Business development: manage your full sales cycle, grow your network, nurture your client relationships, represent you at events and conferences, help define your strategy and launch new business models-> Operations: lead OKR, oversee your day to day operations, implement new processes to scale, structure new business units, promote your company culture, values and ensure your team\'s well-being-> Project management: own and deliver new projects from A to Z, within timeline and budget, managing and nurturing stakeholders relationships along the way, and reporting on KPIs.
