ABOUT PHILIPP HUMPERT
After my studies in social sciences I chose a career in HR and sales. At JOB AG I initially worked as a recruiter and HR generalist. This responsibility grew overtime, adding sales and contract negotiation. Eventually, I realised that my passion is in HR. In Doosan Bobcat I started with a dual role as Sr HR Business Partner as well as HR Manager for our German organisation. Now being responsible for Compensation & Benefits EMEA and leading the EMEA Strategic Workforce Planning. I enjoy working in an international environment and in a company with plenty to potential and great products. Over the years, I had the opportunity to gain extensive experiences of living abroad on various continents (Europe, North America, Australia, Africa). These have been personally very enriching. I enjoy playing Ultimate Frisbee, doing Climbing/Bouldering and Badminton.
