Overview: Develop and deliver a full suite of career development and recruitment services and programs for graduate students, alumni, faculty and employers for Graduate Programs in the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). Work collaboratively with stakeholders to broaden, engage and support TRSM graduate students\' career education, relationship-building skills and exposure to opportunities with key employers.Career Coaching: Assist and advise graduate students, individually and in groups, exploring careers, decision-making and work search issues. Workshops: Develop and deliver career talks, skills sessions and interactive workshops, through knowledge of best practices in career education, workshop facilitation and knowledge of labour market information. Employer Engagement: Create and promote new partnerships with employers, Faculty and other stakeholders, actively prospecting for new opportunities for graduate students and Graduate Careers.
