In the Marine Corps where I served as a Sergeant, I forged my leadership, methodical rigor, and attention to detail that still define my approach today. This vision was amplified when managing an agency generating $2M annually, where I measured the direct impact of operational optimization on customer satisfaction. These foundations have propelled my trajectory through 30 years of career. At Enzyme Testing Labs, I built an ISO 9001 quality department from scratch, growing from a solo initiative to a team of nine experts in just three years. At Warner Bros, I orchestrated the metamorphosis of the quality management system, designing a robust architecture supporting 400 managers and analysts. The pinnacle of this adventure? My contribution to the excellence of titles like Star Wars: Squadrons at Electronic Arts, where the quest for technical perfection translated into an exceptional immersive experience for millions of passionate players. Today, as a Strategic Consultant at CGI, I continue to write this story by catalyzing organizational transformation and instilling a culture of measurable excellence through intelligent quality systems.
