ABOUT PHILIPPE DANILO
I have been working in the financial industry and consulting for over 30 years, with a focus on strategy, business development, corporate M&A (over 10 share & asset closed deals in Europe & the USA), transition & project management, restructuring, cost rationalization (4 plans for over €1bn), finance and ITO-BPO. As a Program Director at Societe Generale, I am managing the PMO for the outsourcing of the Core Banking System and back-offices to Azqore (Credit Agricole Group) for the international Private Banking division. I have successfully delivered this complex and challenging project for Switzerland with no operational nor client asset loss, thanks to my PMO expertise, and strong leadership skills. I also enjoy advising and consulting for startups on topics related to finance and business development, as I am passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship.
