Ending my careers as a Transition manager in the last few years by transferring my experience and knowledge I have learned from from over 20 years as Sales Director in the IT Services industry (Capgemini, DXC, Wipro.), I am now acting as a non-executive administrator for a non-lucrative organization dedicated to social and professional integration through economic activity. Never retired. Always curious of the social life around me. Beginning with the design of a global program including technologies, process and organization, I manage the entire transformation program in order to improve Business, Customer Satisfaction and Employees engagement.
