As a passionate continuity and resilience professional, I have been assisting clients from Quebec, Canada, and around the world in their business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency and crisis management programs for 25 years. Certified MBCI and CBCP, I now act as the Vice President of Consulting and Talent Development at Premier Continuum. My experiences in various environments such as critical infrastructure, public service providers, provincial and federal ministries, financial and insurance institutions, telecommunications providers, and key players in the mining industry have given me a broad and clear vision of the issues and interrelationships that exist in today’s realm of resilience. Over my career, I have developed and implemented an extensive number of business continuity programs and projects, as well as numerous effective crisis management structures that are exercised and adapted to the contexts of different organizations. I also have developed strong analytical competencies and excellent listening skills that allow me to quickly and efficiently identify the needs of my clients and my team, to find the appropriate and relevant solutions. I am often described as an organized and empathetic leader. To ensure the sustainability of the profession and to empower professionals in the field, I have trained hundreds of practitioners on topics ranging from exercise development to business continuity planning, emergency, and crisis management, and business impact assessment (BIA) design and implementation. I am also an approved Business Continuity Institute (BCI) instructor since 2019. In 2024, I was awarded with the prestigious Continuity and Resilience Consultant Award at the BCI Global Awards, a major recognition in our field.
