Born in one of the first organic farms in Normandy, I have over 30 years of experience in grids and storages management, in the water sector, from dams to water utilities (drinking, sewage and rainwater) and in the gas sector, including the implementation of R&D. I have, as well, managed a number of deep renovation of dwellings. I have a personal interest in systemic approach and change management, strengthened by 5 years of consulting experience in lean and change management that I\'m happy to put at the service of the energy transition to a fossil carbon free world.
