Project Quality Manager is the overall project Quality Assurance (QA)/ Quality Control (QC) accountable resource directing and ensuring that the scope of work is performed and achieved per all quality requirements in the contract. The project Quality Manager has the authority to act independently of all other functions to ensure compliance with project quality plan, company’s management system and contractual requirements.Main responsibilities- Lead project QA activities with support of project assigned quality team, and interface and communicate with Client for subjects related to quality Management- Ensure relevant QA requirement are identified, implemented and adhered by project organisation personnel- Assist the Project Manager in identifying and establishing Project Quality Objectives- Coordinate the development and approval by Client of the Project Quality Plan- Report and monitor the performance per established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and, if any, overall Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) status meaning from issuance until close-out- Develop, maintain and follow up the Project Audits & Vérifications Plan and perform Quality Management Reviews, in view of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System- Identify and drive initiatives to improve Quality Assurance performance during project execution- Coordinate the execution by the individual disciplines of Project- Manage interfaces with third parties- Plan, prepare and conduct the Client satisfaction survey- Collect and identify lessons learned from previous project and promote their application during project planning execution / Collect and communicate the new ones from assigned project.Assigned projects - Project Quality Manager on ExxonMobil Kizomba B Water Injection Flexible Jumper- Support to Tendering for TotalEnergies Dalia Life-X & TotalEnergies Manganes Projects- Deputy Project Quality Manager on Mozambique LNG Project for TotalEnergies- SSI Rep.
