NOD\'s mission is to carry out engineering missions for the management of real estate assets and the management of general services and Facilities (Working Environment) in an outsourced way, one-off or recurring vacations. Its purpose : to enable its clients - managers or executives of SMEs and SMIs without a working environment department - to devote themselves fully to their core business by outsourcing the management of their projects and the maintenance of their buildings and locations to our company. Search for new premises (purchase, rental, BEFA, etc.) up to the assistance in the signing of maintenance contracts, NOD accompanies its clients in all phases of their projects: AMO expression of needs, AMO elaboration of the specifications for implementation, prospecting, MOE (in co-contracting), technical financial approach of works, interior of offices and other room allocations, design & furniture & multimedia equipment, work environment & Quality within working environment, also environmental impact limitation, AMO removal, security & compliance in connection with approved organisations, safety, and security, waste management, third party measurement of the performance of service providers. Listening to the needs, problems and challenges of its customers, NOD offers tailor-made solutions.
