My passion for cars has shaped my journey from as far back as I can remember. The first decade of my career was spent in Formula 1, where I honed powertrains and contributed to eight world championships with the Renault F1 Team. I then shifted to production vehicles, leading pivotal powertrain and vehicle programs at Renault, spanning from diesel engines to hybrid and electric technologies. Living and working in Japan, South Korea, and China deepened my belief that innovation thrives through collaboration, curiosity, and cultural openness. Now as CTO of Renault Group, I strive to empower our teams, accelerate engineering, and develop electrified vehicles that evolve and improve over time, driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a shared passion for innovation.
