Having a strong interest in human beings from a young age, my unique journey ultimately led me to the field of human resources, where I was able to develop a deep passion. I find great satisfaction in implementing tangible actions and creating concrete tools that have a real impact within an organization. Recently, I have been particularly interested in artificial intelligence and its applications, which will have an impact on the field of human resources as well as the labor market as a whole.
