The NHS Leadership Academy works to promote great leadership development, improving leadership behaviours and skills. Better leadership leads to better patient care, experience and outcomes, which is something I\'m passionate about and this role complements the work we do through Oakley Coaching whilst also providing new opportunities for working with our NHS colleagues.I am delighted to have been accepted to work providing coaching and mentoring to NHS colleagues, to support individuals and teams to increase their adaptability, agility and resilience.
