I specialise in environments experiencing high incident rates, firefighting, unclear ownership of quality, or late discovery of risk - especially on SaaS products.My focus is on preventing problems, not just detecting them - through early feedback, risk-based approaches, shared ownership of quality, and pragmatic governance that supports flow rather than blocking it.I can operate as a senior individual contributor or in a leadership role, depending on where the organisation needs leverage.I regularly write and speak about quality engineering, quality as a socio-technical system, and modern testing practices.
