ABOUT PHILIPPA TREADGOLD
Following graduation from the Royal Agricultural University in July 2017, I joined Brown & Co and was based in their Grantham office. I was involved in many aspects of rural professional practice including valuation, agency and compulsory purchase. I qualified as a member of the RICS in October 2019 and a fellow of the CAAV in November 2019.In January 2021 I joined Savills and the Rural Estate Management Team based in the Peterborough office. I am involved with the management of large rural estates, predominantly in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire, on behalf of large institutions and charities.
