ABOUT PHILIPP ZACHER

My name is Philipp Zacher, and I am a 31-year-old (Serial) Entrepreneur. I started my career as a teacher, but my passion for innovation quickly led me to the world of entrepreneurship.As the leader of my own EXIST research project, I transitioned scientific research into a real-world business by founding Coachwhisperer, a SportsTech startup that develops hardware and software solutions for the professional sports industry. Throughout this journey, I’ve gained extensive experience in UX and UI design, app development, and building a go-to-market strategy. I’ve navigated every step from the initial idea to sales, marketing, branding, and business development, all while managing the complex process of creating a sustainable business model. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of structured execution, from idea to final product and how to scale a business successfully.With Coachwhisperer, I secured several million euros in investments and additional funding to scale the company internationally. We’ve successfully positioned the brand in the professional sports sector, thanks to strategic PR campaigns, partnerships, and a robust network of professional athletes, including World Champion Julian Draxler. As CEO, I scaled the company to a double-digit million valuation, overseeing every facet from product development to international market entry.Additionally, I am the State Representative of the Startup Association in Thuringia, working to foster the startup ecosystem in East Germany. I am passionate about supporting founders from structurally weaker regions, having personally experienced the unique challenges of building a company in these areas. This work has earned me recognition and awards, including the Innovation Award of Thuringia, the Karl-Kolle Prize, and winning the Founders League Live Show.In 2024, I pitched in front of over people at the Founders Summit, where I won the Founders Summit Live Pitch, securing for Coachwhisperer. Beyond these achievements, I also serve as a guest lecturer at Friedrich-Schiller University, where I co-created a module focused on nurturing new business ideas. My experience across multiple industries has given me the tools to lead startups through sales, marketing and branding, UX/UI design, fundraising, business model creation, and scaling operations. I’m passionate about building thriving startup communities in (East )Germany, helping new entrepreneurs turn their vision into successful ventures.
