ABOUT PHILIPP TILLMANN
I am an economist who has served as economic expert, supported economic experts, managed teams, and conducted analyses in antitrust/competition and other matters across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions (including USA, European Commission, Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Australia). I have extensive experience with merger investigations, cartel proceedings, and abuse of dominance cases. I am currently serving as Vice Chair in the Global Private Litigation Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section. I hold a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago and my research has appeared across a number of different outlets. I have taught economics to undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Chicago, the University of Rochester, and the University of Cologne.
