By studying Intercultural Management, I get not only insights in the business environment but also gain knowledge about cultural differences and key facts in countries all over the world. My semester abroad in Chile and the voluntary work for the PIM & CEMS Club gave me the chance to deepen this knowledge in cross-cultural expertise.I engaged in voluntary work outside my studies where I was able to implement strategies and projects I had in mind. This applied for my work at PIM & CEMS as also for my position at IWCO.Working in a team and realizing new projects and improvements together has always been inspiring for me. To accomplish those goals I work efficiently and goal oriented and strive to have to best possible outcome. Team spirit and a good working environment is in my opinion the key to success.I am always looking for new challenges and like to develop my personality as well as my professional skills every day.
