Cheltenham College Lombardy is a full-time international boarding school under development in northern Italy, operating as a franchise of Cheltenham College UK. The school is housed in a 17th-century villa previously converted into a luxury hotel, and represents one of the most complex educational infrastructure projects in the region.I was appointed to this role by Edumaax S.p.A, the Italian subsidiary of MAA Group (Malaysia), following early-phase challenges that required experienced operational recovery and oversight. Drawing on my background in multi-site hospitality operations, regulatory compliance, and project turnaround, I was tasked with rebuilding momentum and leading the transformation of the site into a compliant, fully functional campus.I oversee all non-academic services, including fire safety. My role requires daily coordination between UK academic partners, Italian authorities, local consultants, and contractors.
