At 25, I took on the role of a Tech Lead at Haiilo, where my focus is on driving innovation through automation, leveraging the potential of cloud technologies, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and orchestrating with Kubernetes. In my role as Staff Engineer, I take pride in leading a team of talented engineers. My commitment to precision and scalability is a critical aspect of my job - but it is important to me to always be optimistic and happy! I want to ensure that every effort we make helps create significant business value while avoiding unnecessary work. Over the past 8 years, I\'ve had the privilege of contributing to the remarkable growth of a startup and seeing it grow from 30 to an impressive 300 employees. My journey has allowed me to develop technical expertise and strategic thinking.
