ABOUT PHILIPP RITTGEN
Currently, I serve as Executive Assistant to the Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG Deutschland, supporting strategic initiatives and supporting departmental operations. Previously, I worked in Transaction Services within Deal Advisory, contributing to the preparation and execution of complex transactions. My experience spans financial analysis, corporate strategy, valuation, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, where disciplined execution and sound judgment are essential. I hold an M.Sc. in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, with international experience as a visiting student at Universität St. Gallen and Berkeley College. My academic research, published in collaboration with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, focused on shareholder activism and capital markets, reflecting a deep interest in value creation and evidence-based decision-making.
