Leading a cross-functional design team across motion and graphic design on group level (DE, CH, UK markets) for all brands under the CLARK roof. Responsible for creative strategy, operational workflows and production across brand and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency, team growth, and design excellence.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of graphic and motion designers, driving creative excellence and individual growth- Own and drive the creative direction & visual execution for brand and performance marketing campaigns across all static and motion formats- Oversee art direction, creative briefings, and stakeholder reviews for integrated marketing campaigns- Ensure consistent and high-quality design across marketing channels including paid media, CRM, and social- Optimize design operations through scalable workflows, systems, and documentation - Manage weekly team planning, sprint prioritization, and capacity alignment with marketing stakeholders- Represent design in cross-functional strategy meetings and act as interim creative lead when delegated- Drive innovation in visual storytelling and production workflows through emerging tools and technologies (e.g. GenAI)
