Acting as a Subject Matter Specialist for Processes, Automation and Project Management within the Legal Team. Projects: Restructuring & Streamlining the internal Quoting process in a cross-departmental effort. As an outcome the time for approval was shortened through reduced manual labor. The process was connected to other automations, allowing attributes to be transferred automatically, reducing mistakes. Migration to an approval workflow for all customer agreements governing the sale of software subscriptions and professional services, which maps the contract content into more than 80 attributes in an analyzable way. Creation of a ticketing system for the Legal Department.
