ABOUT PHILIPP MENGE
I am part of the graduate program at the University of Mannheim passionate about renewable energies, climate technologies, global perspectives and social impact. I\'m holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and was a member of the IBEA program. For my Master’s degree, I attended the Technical University of Munich. My studies were complemented by practical experiences in the solar and wind energy sectors. Besides that, I am a member of the German Red Cross organization, where I served in various roles. In September 2024, I joined the Accounting Track of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business at the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences where I aim to continue my research. Research Interests include clean energy technologies, pathways to decarbonization and applying advanced modeling, optimization and simulation methods.
