Lead the Digital Technology / IoT team at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, focusing on data-drive services in application engineering. • Collaborate with business units to enhance customers application data (eg. manufcaturing process, substrate, etc.) usability through GenAI and knowledge management augmenting Henkels application engineering workforce. • Drive the strategic IoT and data-driven services program of Henkel Adhesive, ensuring effective governance while maximizing impact.• Together with my team and our IT counterpart I initiated and drove the Iharmonization of oT connectivity (edge hardware and device management) to decrease the time-to-connetivity across Henkel and its customers.• I lead the Community of Practice centered around fostering a Product Mindset and am a recognized expert in digital product management. Project-team memeber of a Henkel-wide data initative focussing on data opportunities.
