diversity München is Munich\'s queer youth organisation. diversity München runs a youth café and a youth centre in the heart of the city of Munich. The organization offers a wide range of services from leisure activities to parties and educational events as well as counselling services for queer and HIV-positive youth and young adults up to 27 as well as parents, relatives and professionals.As Executive Chairman and Member of the Board, I am primarily responsible for the finances of the organization (acquisition to management and spending), human resources management (4 part-time employees, 4 supporting staff, 2 freelancers) and topics around infrastructure and maintenance of our premises. Furthermore, the board is responsible for the public relations and political representation of the organization, the supervision of the volunteer team and other members of the organization.

As an enthusiastic young diversity professional, social psychologist and junior researcher, I am passionate about advancing the understanding in gender and sexual diversity. Committed to continuous growth, I view challenges as opportunities for development and strive for a more just society. My work covers the full range of modern diversity management services: research, education/training and consulting.I have already worked with a large number of top companies, cultural institutions and public and civil society organisations, including Bavaria Film, MÜNCHENSTIFT, ResMed, University of Munich, Department of Education and Sport of the City of Munich, German Academic Scholarship Foundation and many more. My work spans three key areas:RESEARCH • I explore derogatory and political attitudes, stereotypes/prejudice, and discrimination, focusing on topics around sexuality and gender, and justice mechanisms.EDUCATION / TRAINING • I have conducted over 150 workshops, seminars and trainings on diversity and (anti-)discrimination, unconscious biases, and inclusive communication. Using cutting-edge knowledge from social sciences and keeping abreast of socio-political developments, I deliver innovative and interactive trainings that help diverse audiences − from students, teachers and social workers to corporate professionals − navigate social diversity.CONSULTING • I offer expert guidance to organizations and individuals, employing modern approaches to combat discrimination and promote diversity, equity and inclusion by simultaneously addressing corporate structures, management and corporate culture.Drop me a message to find out more!
