I lead a transformational DEIB strategy for a mission-driven organization that partners with healthcare systems worldwide. What excites me most about this role is how I get to blend my research background with real-world application, embedding equity frameworks that actually change how people work together. As a thought partner to the executive team, I help translate our equity vision into operational reality across international programs. A few of my core successes in this role include:• Thought Leadership Development: I\'ve established our organization as a go-to voice in healthcare equity innovation by creating learning laboratories that help senior leaders examine their own identity and decision-making processes.• Global Framework Design: My work developing culturally responsive DEIB approaches has enhanced how we engage with international healthcare partners, making our programs more effective across diverse contexts.• Executive Coaching Integration: I design and facilitate identity-based learning experiences for senior leadership that build psychological safety and organizational trust throughout our global initiatives.
