As the sole in-house counsel for Vinson, I report to the President/Owner and provide legal advice and support for all aspects of the business, which includes-Providing legal advice on a wide variety of issues to the company\'s key decision-makers as a member of the Leadership Team-Drafting and negotiating agreements with customers and vendors, including Master Service Agreements, Software License Agreements, Saas Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Commercial Terms, Subcontractor Agreements, etc-Managing and advising on the company\'s insurance program-Managing and advising on claims made by or against the company-Managing the company\'s real estate concerns, including negotiating leases and project management of new construction-Providing legal support for and advising on company acquisitions and asset purchases-Managing and advising on trade and export compliance and conflict minerals-Managing the company\'s 401k program-Drafting and reviewing company policies and procedures and educating employees on those matters-Providing legal support for and advising on employment/labor issues, corporate compliance, safety, etc.
