Over the course of my career I have been involved at all levels of delivery for digital products. From software engineer, to Scrum Master, to Technical Program Manager, and Agility Coach I have been responsible for delivering high quality products to clients for many years.Transformation is about more than frameworks or technology - it starts with Culture.    As an Agility Coach for Autodesk\'s Technical Delivery Organization I have the opportunity to partner with Directors, cross-functional Managers and Team Leads in such a way that empowers the teams to meet internal standards for and incrementally improve areas such as product roadmap, quarterly planning, backlog refinement, and scrum performance- I have deployed Agile techniques and best practices to strengthen the EPD triad of Engineering, Product, and XD/Design across Autodesk\'s Digital Marketing footprint- I have crafted a custom framework for teams that brings together technical disciplines of Engineering and Architecture that creates quick iterative delivery and helps the technical triad of Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Architect collaborate more closely- I have been instrumental in coaching significant revenue generating initiatives, such as the overhaul of Autodesk\'s Dotcom experience integrating major design and technology improvements integrating Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics to build out a best-in-class Experimentation Platform for delivering products to our customers based on their industry and needs.
