My knowledge spans from Telemedicine, clinical A/V integration from conference rooms to surgical suites. I\'m certified and knowledgeable on Cisco Telepresence integration: TMS, VCS, CUCM, Collaboration Edge, MRA, TPS, TCS, MCU, ISDN Gateway, C, SX, MX, and DX Series Telepresence codecs. Specialty knowledge and certification in integrating custom collaborative environments in intensive care scenarios utilizing Cyviz blended wall projection systems. I also served in the United States Army Reserves for 8 years with an honorable discharge, while during my time I did a one-year tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom performing logistical missions throughout southern Iraq and Kuwait which I earned an Army Commendation Medal and received a Meritorious Unit Citation. I bring over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the A/V and videoconferencing industry. My major focus and passion are in the pediatric healthcare vertical but, my skills are developed enough to tackle any vertical market. My hobbies include but are not limited to cooking, surfing, saltwater fishing, camping/hiking, and of course a fondness with tinkering with Apple Homekit, iOS devices and Macs.

   Implemented a successful multidisciplinary direct-to-patient video visit platform integrated into Epic electronic medical record system utilizing Zoom Video Communications cloud platform during the height of the pandemic- Independently built new organization-wide videoconferencing platform utilizing Zoom Video Communications to facilitate large shift in workforce to a work from home environment- Built and operated a webcast studio to provide weekly townhall meetings from executive leadership using Zoom webinar - Designed and installed conference room solutions organization-wide using Zoom Room solutions to simplify use and provide proactive alerts with remote control capabilities- Directly and indirectly manages teams to support the use, adoption, and maintenance of telehealth and related videoconferencing technologies- Advises technical leadership team on workflows and processes of services offered by Virtual Health program- Oversees the design and implementation of the telehealth technology strategy as a subject matter expert on the Executive Virtual Health Committee
