   As Field CTO I serve as the principal technologist on the Americas revenue team by:• Leading the revenue organization\'s strategy to promote greater adoption of our multi-tenant SaaS offering among our customers, especially those in heavily regulated industries.• Crafting compelling narratives highlighting GitHub\'s unique value and future investments, and enabling the wider sales team to deliver that message.• Partnering with technical sellers and account managers to define strategies that showcase GitHub\'s ability to improve customers\' software development practices.• Serving as an on-call resource for members of the revenue team to answer questions, help with account strategy, talk to customers, or connect with other parts of the organization.• Pairing with our product and engineering teams to help them understand current enterprise customer needs, anticipate future concerns, and ensure products and features can be readily adopted by enterprise customers.• Working with business, technology, and security leaders at our customers and prospects to understand their software development and security goals and challenges and demonstrate how GitHub can help them reach their desired state.
