Partner and Solicitor-Advocate advising clients on contentious and non-contentious construction matters- Acting for employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist suppliers- Has been involved in a £20 million dispute involving Party-Walls, and large disputes over historic buildings in London- Written numerous publications, contributing to books and learned Journals and has lectured for RICS RIBA, I StructE and I MechE and also Lloyds syndicates- Extensive experience relating to the design and construction of process plant and also production lines- Projects include a dairy, a food products process plant and waste separation plant. Also on-shore/offshore oil and gas plant and gas refrigeration plant- Recently acted for a major automobile manufacturer in a dispute over their flagship showroom and also advised them on a new car body plant project- Deals with with Heritage Build- Extensive experience in relation to construction insolvency - lectured and written articles on the recovery of money, including retentions, in the event of construction insolvency.
