Mr. Gordon represents thousands of employees in actions against Wal-Mart, Federal Express, CVS, Radio Shack, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Commonwealth Limousine, AdLife Healthcare, D&R Paving and others. A frequent author, lecturer and panelist on wage and hour issues, executive compensation and wrongful termination, Mr. Gordon has testified on numerous occasions before the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development of the House and Senate, most recently in connection with legislation to outlaw non-compete agreements, change the statute of limitations for overtime and minimum wage claims and eliminate employer use of abusive pre-dispute waivers.A former Associate at Hale and Dorr LLP (now WilmerHale LLP), General Counsel to GenuOne, Inc.(now OpSec Security), and Judicial Law Clerk to Charles Fried on the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, Mr. Gordon brings substantial management-side, deal making and litigation experience.
