My practice focuses on investigating and litigating complex financial fraud and schemes, including in the life insurance and financial services industries. I assist my clients in litigating and fighting the fraudulent creation of multimillion-dollar life insurance policies that lacked insurable interest at inception, otherwise known as stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI). My practice also consists of counseling insurance company clients on an array of complex claims, including breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, and unjust enrichment in state and federal courts across the country.
