Before this, I practiced employment, privacy, and commercial litigation with a prominent Toronto firm.I have experience conducting and advising on investigations, climate reviews, policy and procedure reviews, including work with the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP, universities, school boards, transit corporations, unions, and not-for-profit organizations.Additionally, I have extensive experience writing papers and presenting on employment law and privacy law topics. I have taught courses on mediation techniques and practices and served as a court-appointed mediator while completing my LL.M, which focused on labour and employment law. I hold an H.B.A. in history with minors in women and gender studies and political science, and possess knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
