   As the global lead for CBRE\'s Workplace Utilization program, I guide our clients through the process of standing up a strategic utilization initiatives to hit key real estate objectives. In the post-pandemic, carbon-aware world of today\'s commercial real estate, portfolio executives need to understand three main questions: how can I reduce carbon spend, how do I return people to the workplace the right way, and how to I provide a safe, productive environment that engages them while they are in there. Utilization data foundational to answering these, but selecting and implementing building technology at scale can be challenging. My goal as program lead is to reduce friction across the project lifecycle for our clients, increasing their confidence in the value generated by capturing and analyzing workplace utilization, and delivering smarter real estate portfolios\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
