ABOUT PHILIP BROOME

Hello, and welcome to my page. I am excited to connect with you. My name is Philip Broome, I am a recent graduate from Southern Utah University with a dual bachelor\'s in Accounting and Economics. I am currently pursuing a Master\'s in Accounting and an MBA from Southern Utah University. My degree plan after my two degrees is to then pursue a Master\'s in Applied Economics. I will finish my educational career with a Ph.D. in Economics, with an additional Ph.D. in Accounting. My professional goals are to finish my investment license, maintain active standing in my insurance license, and earn my CPA along side my CFA. My completed career will end by opening up my independent Economic and Advisory firm. In the mean time however, I am exploring job opportunities in new sectors of the financial world to gain experience and apply my skills. Hoping that one day I can apply them to the clients and businesses I will be serving.I am fluent in English and conversational in French.My skills go far beyond my current career and I have taken the time to really explore in college. Currently my applied skills concurrent with my degree includes proficiency in Excel, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Non-profit Accounting, Tax Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Financial Advisory, Microsoft Office, Record Keeping, and Corporate Accounting.
