ABOUT PHILIP XIU
Dr Philip Xiu is a GP in Leeds, with a background as an educationalist. He graduated from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge with a Triple First class degree. He has completed a Masters in Clinical Education at University of Edinburgh. Philip has a strong interest in research with over 11 peer-reviewed papers and books; and 22 academic awards. He is the series editor of 14 medical textbooks and is the Editor-in-Chief of Elsevier UK\'s Order Set Platform and Global Medical Education Editor-in-Chief for assessment content in ClinicalKey Student. He is passionate about supporting the career development of healthcare professionals from all sectors to deliver person-centred care. He is the Chief Medical Officer for Medicalchain.com. Philip is interested in the application of evidence-based medicine to the digital health space, applications for blockchain technology in healthcare, and use of technology to advance diagnosis and management of diseases.
