I lead a team of 40 associates across 8 regional sales teams in the UK. I am responsible for developing and implementing the UK Sales strategy for the business, engaging with key stakeholders and core franchised suppliers to drive growth in our sales and profit. I set and achieve aggressive targets for the team, while ensuring that learning and development processes are in place for the team to continually enhance their capabilities and enable reliable succession planning. I am passionate about driving effective sales activity, developing a quality sales pipeline, and holding ourselves accountable for delivering success, as well as excellent customer service. My focus is always on exceeding expectations and driving success for both our business and our customers
