ABOUT PHILIP WARWICK
I have significant senior leadership and management experience in the maritime domain that covers a huge range of roles and responsibilities, including building high performing teams, driving executive decisions derived from evidence based prioritisation, managing change in a multinational environment and volunteer work. Retiring as a Commodore from the Royal Navy after 35 years service, am delighted to have been selected as the inaugural Chief Executive of the Royal Naval Sailing Association. This is an extremely exciting opportunity that has seen RNSA establish itself as a registered charity (CIO) that through the excellent work of its members, volunteers, partners and supporters delivers the sport of sailing for the Naval Service. In parallel and as part of the role, I am also the Managing Director of RNSA Moorings Ltd. We provide over 300 berths in Portsmouth harbour.
