We have multiple communities that include affordable vintage communities (well maintained and updated), off-campus luxury dormitories (including granite counters, tiled showers, dorm rooms with private baths and kitchenettes, etc; not your parents\' dorms for sure) and some of the most luxurious multi-family housing you will find in the country. We match our quality housing options with equally exceptional service. We provide quarterly preventative maintenance and bi-annual life safety checks within each unit and we typically respond to all service requests on the same day. We provide a unique luxury experience in a small niche of the Gainesville student housing market that only our unique combination of location, quality, and service can create. We also specialize in quality commercial space all located within the Innovation Square area of Gainesville. Our space is custom designed to meet the needs of the businesses we rent to and we are unique in that we also provide pre-occupancy design services as well as the opportunity for maintenance service during the lease period. We have retail, office, restaurant, medical, tech-based, and lab (both wet & dry) space available all within a mile radius of the University of Florida.
